Media

If an image is uploaded to the website by a registered user, EXIFs that include GPS position data should be avoided. Visitors to the website can download these and extract the location data from the images on the website.

4. OUR PRACTICAL STEPS ON DATA PROTECTION

Agri-Tech Bio s.r.o. attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of its users and complying with the applicable regulations. For this reason, we at huminexpert.com make data protection a priority and have made significant efforts to ensure the secure collection and storage of information collected by the site.

1. To protect the data you enter on the forms and generated on the site, we use a secure SSL encrypted data connection throughout the website (Let's Encrypt Authority X3 certificate).

2. to protect the site against attack, we use premium security software (iThemes Security Pro) to protect the stored data against brute force and virus attacks.

3. the purchase data are stored in the site's databases in encrypted form (pseudonymised), so they cannot be read by third parties.

4.   Managing my data we provide users with the possibility to request information about the processing of their personal data, to modify or delete their personal data, to manage cookies.

From time to time, it is necessary for our business to provide data to our service partners (e.g. hosting provider, courier company, mailing software). In such cases, we always choose to comply with the GDPR regulation and, in the case of a US-based partner, to participate in the EU-US Privacy Shield initiative and sign a data management contract with them, ensuring responsible data handling.

5. MARKETING COMMUNICATION

Marketing communication is essential to the business. The legal basis for the processing of data in this context is the expression of interest in our services and the explicit consent of users.

Under the European Union's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we may send marketing messages to our users if they have made a purchase from us and have expressly consented to receive marketing messages.
